The well known saying about the “grass isn’t always greener” is true in a lot of cases, but also not true in many more. In this document we look at why if you have decided to leave a job you should stick to your initial decision.
The first thing to ask yourself is “why did you apply for and accept the role in the first place” There must have been something wrong with your previous role. Hours, travel, targets, pressure, people? (Forget remuneration for now)

- Bonus
- Salary
Notice that bonus and salary at the bottom of this list. Money is not everything, job satisfaction can be everything. We are at work for a long time and your work-life balance will depend not just on money but more so on your commercial happiness.
