You will have experience of running a busy workshop, preferably with a niche or prestige brand, but this is preferable not essential. You must however be able to provide evidence of how you manage your workshop and how you can effect customer satisfaction, overall efficiency and overall profitability.

Hard working and with a keen eye for detail we are looking for candidates who have can implement and manage the workshop process and get every ounce of effort of of the team every day. Someone who can hit targets and drive the team to hit those same targets.
