This is a very rare and exciting opportunity to join one of the countries fastest growing parts factors operations. We are now seeking a senior manager to manage a large parts operation in the Merseyside area. This is not a traditional parts managers role as it lends itself to someone that can drive sales. In simple terms this role is similar to a General Managers role due to the amount of people management that is required including driving performance through the team. You will be very well rewarded for the performance of this business. We are looking for the best performers in this sector. Ideally you will have a trade parts background but also will worked in sales and will understand how to drive a business. This is a very busy arena so is perfectly suited to someone that can run fast and thrives in a very busy environment,

Ideally you will have managed a large vehicle parts operation and will understand how to drive sales through both external and internal sales teams. Parts stock knowledge is less important than your sales drive as it is partly managed by the manufacturer. You must come from a motor trade background and be able to impress in interview how you would drive performance, turnover and in general grow the business.

Hard working, methodical and sales orientated you must be able to run at 100 MPH and still keep customer satisfaction high on your agenda. Driving the business through your team is key!
