You do not necessarily have to have motor trade experience for this role, but we are looking to speak to candidates who have an appetite for success and a natural sales person. You will need to have had exposure to tele-sales preferably in or around the motor trade but essentially we are looking for natural sales people that are confident, professional and work towards targets and can work well within a team that are target driven.

Hard working, professional, sales driven and driven to exceed targets you will need to be able to provide evidence that you are hungry for success and able to take a knock and bounce straight back.
