Role/Duties:
Our large client has a requirement for a Sales Development Manager to drive the sale of vehicle parts in a busy and thriving territory. You must be able to deliver a 100% performance every month and be able to communicate not only facts but numbers to a high level. Driven by performance you will be looking for an opportunity to become a star. These roles do not come about very often. We are looking for someone to take onboard this opportunity and move it forward. You will be tasked with taking this clients top 50 customers forward in terms of spending through excellent customer service and a keen eye for sales opportunities.
Experience:
We are looking for someone who has a bucket full of self belief and someone that relishes a challenge. Ideally you will be experienced in motor trade parts sales (not counter sales but face to face on the road selling) Most importantly though we want to see candidates that have a proven track record in expanding territory sales through developing clients and finding new sales opportunities. You must have face to face sales skills and have performed in a similar role before. This is a Monday to Friday role and we would welcome applications from motor industry professionals that feel they posses the skills and experience we are looking for.
Qualities:
Hard working, self motivated and self challenging you must be target driven and have the ability to take on an opportunity with both hands. You will be able to communicate with ease at all levels and have the necessary skills to explain numbers in depth when questioned about performance. You will of course need a full UK driving licence for this role.
